  2. Day 2 · Sacred KathmanduVisit Pashupatinath Temple and Kathmandu Durbar Square, explore Thamel, and stay overnight in Kathmandu.
  3. Day 3 · PokharaTravel by bus to Pokhara, healing practice and overnight in Lakeside.

Shared accommodation is part of the journey. Kathmandu and Pokhara rooms are comfortable and simple; mountain lodges are more rustic and vary by location.

Meet your guide

Yogi Suman

Born in Pokhara, Suman has devoted more than 15 years to sadhana, meditation and the living practice of yoga.

He has taught yoga for more than a decade, studied with teachers across Nepal and India, and worked as a professional trekking guide since 2010. Today he brings those paths together through yoga treks, meditation, breathwork and Himalayan singing bowls.

How do I reserve a place?

Message Suman on WhatsApp. Availability, payment instructions and final booking details are confirmed directly before payment.

Is accommodation private?

The listed price includes shared accommodation. Ask Suman about private-room availability and any additional cost.

Do I need yoga experience?

No specific level is stated. Share your yoga, fitness and trekking experience with Suman so he can advise which journey is more suitable.

What about travel insurance?

Insurance is not included. It is strongly recommended, especially for the Mardi Himal trek, to have coverage for trekking at altitude and emergency evacuation.

Can the itinerary change?

Yes. Mountain weather, road conditions, safety considerations or local circumstances may require reasonable itinerary changes.

Which airport should I use, and where do we meet?

Book your arrival through Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) in Kathmandu. Airport pickup is included in the package when your arrival details are shared in advance. Exact hotel and meeting details are confirmed with guests before the journey begins.
